what level of quality are incy interiors products?
we have extremely high standards when it comes to the quality of our products.  we have strict standards and procedures that our manfacturers adhere to and we have quality assurance officers who thoroughly check each product to ensure it meets our standards.

where are incy interiors products made?
all of our products are made in vietnam and china. we ensure all of our manufacturers have safe and fair working conditions for their employess.  they also need to meet our strict quality standards.

can I order by phone or email?
we understand that not everyone is comfortable sharing their details over the internet so please feel free to either e-mail or phone us to place your order.  our full contact details can be found on our contact us page.

what forms of payment do you accept?
all of our payments are processed through paypal.  paypal accepts all major credits cards as well as giving you the capability to transfer from your bank account.

what times can we contact you?
you can e-mail us at any time and we will get back to you within one business day.  if you would like to speak with someone in person, call us on 1300 94 20 50 between 9am and 5pm monday to friday.

delivery

how do I calculate delivery charges?
refer to our shipping page for delivery costs.  if your suburb falls outside of the ones listed on our shipping page, please feel free to contact us for a delivery quote.

how will my order be delivered?
all smaller items such as wall art and chairs will be delivered by australia post, all other items are delivered via our professional courier company.

how will I know when my product has been sent?
we will e-mail you once we have sent your item. 

gift wrapping

we are happy to include gift wrapping and a gift card free of charge. a gift card message can be entered during the checkout process. due to the size of the some of our furniture items, we cannot offer gift wrapping on all products but we will endeavour to gift wrap your gift if it is a reasonable size.

does incy interiors offer discounts for interiors designers?
we do offer trade discounts to interior designers, simply email us info@incyinteriors.com.au for more information and requirements.

does incy interiors offer any loan services for photoshoots?
incy interiors offers a selection of loan items for photography propping. please contact us for details on availability, guidelines and delivery details.

does incy interiors have high res photography?
all of our images can be supplied to media in high resolution format, please e-mail us for a media kit.
