We aim to deliver your Incy order to you as quickly and cost effectively as possible. Small items are delivered via Australia Post. Furniture is delivered by our Incy team for Sydney areas, for other areas across Australia the item will be delivered via Toll Ipec.
Delivery time frames depend on your location. Most orders will arrive within 1 - 5 business days of dispatching. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note, if your item is coming via Toll Ipec, you may receive a part delivery as we use an express service and they aim to get your item to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately they cannot always fit the complete order into the delivery van on the first day. If you receive a part delivery the remainder of your item will generally be delivered the next day.
We offer a 14 day no questions asked money back guarantee on any products purchased on the Incy Interiors website.
Simply return your item in the original packaging and in original condition within 7 days of receiving the item and we will refund the purchase. If the return is for a change of mind, we don't refund the delivery costs.
Please note if the return is due to damages in transit or a manufacturing fault, we can only offer a refund if the product is returned to us in the original packaging.
We offer a 10 year warranty on all Incy Interiors products. The warranty covers any material or manufacturing defects but it does not cover general wear and tear.
The warranty will be void if for any reason the product has been altered.
All customer details for purchases made through the Incy Interiors website are kept on file, so there is no need to complete a warranty card. Please contact us to make a warranty enquiry.
If you purchased the product from one of our stockists, please lodge your warranty claim at the store with your original proof of purchase.
